Session Preparation: I’ll review your responses and prepare for our session.
Coaching Call: We’ll hop on a 90-minute video call where I’ll help you get unstuck and find clarity in your story.
Post-Call Resources: Receive the call recording and any relevant resources, such as worksheets or templates.
2-Week Email Support: You have access to me for asking any follow-up questions related to our call over email for two weeks after our session.

Scene Makeover Session
If you are tired of rewriting the same scene, dealing with a troublesome section, or stuck in the endless loop of revising + rewriting, this Scene Makeover Session is for you. Send over that scene and on a 60-90 minute call, I'll help you navigate through the rough patches and view your piece from a fresh perspective using experimental prompts.

How it Works:

Session Preparation: I’ll review your responses, critique your scene and prepare for our session.
Coaching Call: We’ll hop on a 90-minute video call where I’ll help you overcome the issues and decide the most effective way to revise the scene.
Post-Call Resources: Receive the call recording and the experimental prompts, as discussed on the call.
Revise the scene: You revise the scene according to the prompt and send it over to me within one week of our call.
Get it critiqued: I’ll critique and give you feedback on the revised version within 3-5 business days.
2-Week Email Support: Ask any follow-up questions related to our call for two weeks after our session i.e. during your revision of this scene.

FAQ
What genres do you accept? Do you take non-fiction?
I can work with most fiction pieces, be it mainstream genres like fantasy, thriller, romance, or selective pieces under literary fiction. As long as you have a meaningful story, I’m in on it. I do NOT work with erotica. For coaching, I do not take up non-fiction as that is not my area of expertise.
Will you be critiquing my work as well in addition to the calls?
In the Scene Makeover Session, I will be reading your scene before the call and critiquing one revision of it after the call. For Story Clarity Call, I do not read or critique your work.
In Scene Makeover Session, how long can the scene be?
Your scene can be up to 2K words. If you have a longer scene, please reach out to me at hello@kathansh.com and I’ll revert with a custom quote : )
